🔄 Return & Replacement Policy

Applies to purchases made on www.satguruhealthcares.com only.

Return Window

Items can be returned within 2 days of delivery.

Condition: Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with invoice.

How to Raise a Return

  1. Email us at care.satguruhealth@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9936250764 with order ID and reason.
  2. Attach clear unboxing photos/videos (outer box, seal, label).
  3. We’ll approve and share return shipping steps or schedule pickup (where available).

Fees & Return Shipping

  • Customer-initiated returns (change of mind): customer pays shipping or deducted from refund.
  • Our error (damaged/defective/wrong item): return shipping is on us.
  • No restocking fee applies.

Refund Timeline

Once the returned item passes QC, refund is issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

Exchanges

Like-for-like exchanges are allowed for sealed/unused products within the return window, depending on stock availability.

Damaged, Defective or Missing Items

Report within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video and images. Claims reported later may not be accepted.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank/issuer again.
  2. Contact your card provider — sometimes it takes extra time to reflect.

📌 Important Notes

  • Since this is a consumable Ayurvedic product, opened/used bottles cannot be returned.
  • ✅ Replacement is available if:
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Damaged or leaked parcel received
  • Mandatory: A full unboxing video (from package opening to product reveal) is required to claim replacement.
    No video = No replacement (courier proof requirement)
  • Returns are not accepted for:
    • Opened / used product
    • Change of mind / taste preference
    • No unboxing video evidence
